Returns & Replacement

For any product related exchange/return request, you may write to us by emailing any day at care@foyercollection.com. You would be required to mention your order number and reason for your request being made for exchange/cancellation.

  1. We are so happy to see you here and this means you care about the

    products you want to order.

  2. Since, most of the products on our website are artisanal, handmade and mostly exclusive, at this point in time we do not offer for refund of any of the products. 

  3. Cancellation window for any product shall only be open for 24 (twenty four) hours from the time the order has been placed on the website.

  4. Returns are only applicable on orders where the products were damaged during transit or has any manufacturing defects. To support your return/replacement request, we would require a recording of the unboxing in an unlikely event where the product is required to be replaced/returned.

  5. Made to order products will only be replaced in the event there is a breakage or manufacturing defect to the Product. These products at no time are eligible for refund.

  6. Where goods have been delivered to you, and you have requested for return or replacement, as the case may be, you must return these goods to us in a manner notified by us. When you notify us of your return or replacement request, we will inform you how to get the product ready for return or replacement. 

  7. Within 2 (two) days from the date of delivery of the Products, you must place a request with us for return or replacement, as the case may be. 

  8. We shall not be able to process replacement or return for orders where the products have been: (i) manufactured to your specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs; (ii) made to order products which has a lead time of 10 to 15 days or may be of a longer period;* or (iii) which are not suitable for return/replacement due to their condition, all goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with original product packaging and instructions where appropriate; or (iv) products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be returned or replaced unless there being a damage or manufacturing defect to the Product.

  9. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund in case of return may be affected. Foyer will process any refunds and/or provide credits after the returned goods have been received in conditions as may be intimated by Foyer and in accordance with the Terms & Conditions herein.

  10. We aim to process the refunds for returned products as soon as possible, but this may take upto 30 (thirty) days. Your order total will be refunded, minus costs for shipping, handling charges as well as any applicable taxes each way, within 30 (thirty) days after we receive & check the condition of the returned product.

  11. For return or refund of products, contact the Foyer Customer Care Team via email. Foyer will send you a return slip to the email address that has been provided. The return slip will guide you through the return process.

  12. All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the order received is defective).

Product Return/Replacement

To arrange for a product pick-up for return/replacement, as per the terms & conditions for Foyer, please contact the Customer Care Team via email. We will arrange to return/replacement pick-up of the product from you and will apply an appropriate collection charge. We shall process return/replacement requests made by you within 7 (seven) working days from the day we receive your request for replacement or return. However, this timeline may differ from product to product and as per availability of the product in the warehouse and on the location, it has to be delivered to. The collection charges for pickup in the event of return will be deducted from the amounts received towards the order placed by you and for replacement the order shall be treated as a freshly made order.

The products being returned/replaced must be in a perfect and saleable condition with original product packaging and instructions where appropriate. While replacing any product, if it does not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packaging, then your right to a replacement may be affected.
